Policies Ordering Please call us at (203) 454.4300 during store hours to place your order. At this time we do not offer online ordering. Payment We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Shipping All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer the following flat rates and services: Small Flat Rate Box: $5.95 Medium Flat Rate Box: $10.95 Large Flat Rate Box: $14.95 Orders are shipped within 2-3 days of being received. If an item is out of stock or if there is a question about your order, we will contact you via telephone. All orders are sent uninsured. If you would like to insure your order, please let us know while placing your order. We currently do not ship internationally. Return Policy Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Yarn may be returned unused in it's original condition with the original receipt within 45 days of purchase for store credit. Books, patterns, needles, magazines, accessories, sale items and special orders are final sale and not returnable. You must call for a return authorization code before shipping a return back to us. All returns shipped to us without a return authorization will not be accepted. When returning yarn, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. A store credit will be issued when your return is received. Shipping charges are not refundable. Prices and Sales Tax All prices are subject to change without notice. Sales tax is based on your shipping address. Connecticut residents will be charged sales tax at the rate of 6.35% on all products.
